WOW.

WOW. Seriously? I cannot believe the city. Finally, when D finally has great workers to help with the house.. SOMEONE had to call the city and complain about the work D is doing.. NOW!! The city is requiring a permit and they're making him plant the plants that he has taken out of the canyon on his very own property. He has to pay for the permit, pay for a landscape architect, pay for the plants... are you fckin kidding me? The city is just looking for fcken $$. AND! it's not that its the money, but its the TIME.. this is ridiculous.
